Dependencies 1. Introduction 2. Contents 3. Install 0. Dependencies - Must have WiaServiceProfiler package v1.0.1 already installed. - This patch includes, replaces and deprecates all previous patches for v1.0.1 of the Service Profiler. 1. Introduction This patch is a cumulative collection of bug corrections. See the 'Contents' section for details. 2. Contents Corrections added by this patch: > Correction of situations related with the browsing of the snapshot: - Bug correction: It was only possible to search for a service name on the 1st page of the browsable tree. Now, not only it is possible to search on any of the pages, but while the search textbox if filled skiping to next/previous page automatically highlights the service occurrences on that page. Corrections included from previous patches: > Correction of situations related with the browsing of the snapshot: - Bug correction: An IndexOutOfBounds would occur on the Browse Running Services and the Browse Snapshot dashboards, if there were no services to browse on; - Bug correction: On the Browse Snapshot dashboard, the Minimum Elapsed Time filter would have no effect. - Bug correction: A wide tree could not be side-scrolled by the frame (except in IE6); This was a CSS setting issue... and IE6 was misbehaving. - Bug correction: The [Refresh] button on the Browse Running Services dashboard was not getting a new snapshot. - Bug correction: Using [Refresh] button on the Browse Running Services generates an InvocationTargetException; This would not happen with Firefox Browser. - Bug correction: Thread name incomplete in Browse Running Services. The name of the thread needs to be XML-Encoded because it may contain characters such as '<' and '>'. > Debugging info: - Some more debugging info was added to the getInfo admin service, to be used when the tool fails to load successfully. > Uninstall: - The block of code that is inserted into the 'server.(sh|bat)' has been customized to work even when the 'prepare.(sh!bat)' does not exist. This allows using 'ISSPROF_VOID' file mechanism to keep the block in 'server.(sh|bat)' after uninstalling the tool. > OS Compatibility: - The 'prepare.sh' script has been updated to change the way it uses 'ksh'. This allows the IS and tool to be used in the CentOS Linux distro without changes. (note: this is not a webMethods certified OS... but it works... just make sure you have 'ksh' installed.) 3. Install The package is installed as a regular IS Package. ================================================================================ http://www.wrightia.com
