Our company mission and core values represent our attitude towards our customers, partners and employees, and define the way we work and live. They depict the soul of our company.

We are an international integration company, recognized by the added-value we bring to our customers, and dedicated to generating sustained profits to our stockholders.

Core Values

There is a set of six core values that our group respects and obeys, and they are as follows:

Respect - Respect the customer's budget and technical restrictions when proposing a solution. Respect the cultural differences of our customers, partners and co-workers but above all be straight and frank in all relationships.

Excellence - Always deliver the best solution within the imposed restrictions even if that means saying NO. Our work is our best advertisement. Be aware of our limitations but do not be limited by them.

Collaboration - We work with the customer not for the customer, and the work is not finished with the final milestone. Always have time to support a co-worker.

Balance - The ability to adequately balance our work and private life. We are evaluated by our work, but in the end all work is done by real people.

Adaptability - The ability to adapt to different cultures and work processes is paramount. The ability to address new technology, concepts or work processes without preconceptions of any kind is highly valued.

Pleasure - Life without pleasure is just not right.
